Welcome Message from the Conference Chair
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to the Global Conference on Green Chemistry and Sustainable Development (GCSD2027) taking place on July 26–28, 2027, in London, UK.
As the global community continues to address environmental challenges, resource limitations, and the need for sustainable industrial growth, green chemistry has become an essential driver of scientific innovation and responsible technological advancement. The purposes are well defined by the 12 green chemical principles, and by the 17 Sustainable Development Goals released by the United Nations. From environmentally benign chemical processes involving green syntheses and sustainable manufacturing to waste minimization, resource efficiency, and the development of greener materials, this field offers a lot of opportunities to advance both scientific research and industrial applications.
GCSD2027 aims to bring together distinguished chemists, researchers, academicians, scientists, engineers, industry professionals, technology developers, environmental specialists, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, present innovative research, and discuss emerging developments in green chemistry and sustainable development. The conference will provide a platform to explore advances in sustainable chemical synthesis, all kinds of catalysis, selective syntheses, green starting materials, solvents and materials, up-to-date techniques, such as microwave activation and flow accomplishments, cleaner production technologies, industrial process optimization, and practical approaches to reducing environmental impact across diverse sectors.
Beyond scientific exchange, GCSD2027 seeks to strengthen collaboration between academia and industry, encourage the translation of research into practical applications, and promote partnerships that support sustainable innovation. By bringing together expertise from research institutions, industrial organizations, and technology-driven enterprises, we hope to facilitate meaningful discussions on current challenges, emerging opportunities, and solutions that contribute to a more resource-efficient and environmentally responsible future.
The program comprises plenary talks, keynote lectures and ordinary talks as well as posters.
I warmly invite researchers, academic and industrial professionals from all fields of chemistry, and all those working toward sustainable solutions to join us in London for GCSD2027. I am confident that this international gathering will foster valuable discussions, inspire new ideas, and create opportunities for lasting scientific and professional collaborations.
I look forward to welcoming you to London, UK, on July 26–28, 2027, for a productive and inspiring conference dedicated to advancing green chemistry, sustainable technologies, and responsible industrial development.
